Wayne Grigsby

Wayne Grigsby is Lead Customer Engineer at Prefect, the company behind FastMCP, the standard framework for working with the Model Context Protocol. Wayne works directly with the engineering teams building on FastMCP, Prefect Cloud, and Horizon, helping them take agentic and data workflows from proof of concept to production. He spent the better part of the last decade as a software engineer, data scientist, and everything in between. Before joining Prefect, he led technical teams at the United Nations Foundation and Gallup. He lives in Northern Virginia.
